- Exchanges

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for perishable items, including fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and meat products.
- Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
